Service 01 · individual

Individual psychotherapy

A collaborative process in which we explore current difficulties, the patterns that maintain them, and the changes that matter to you. The intervention is tailored to the individual and may integrate CBT, ACT, and CFT principles.

On Mondays, sessions are online only. From Tuesday to Thursday, you may choose an in-person or online appointment.

Who it is for

  • adults going through a demanding period or an important transition
  • people who want to better understand what they feel and how they respond
  • those looking for practical strategies and a structured therapeutic process

Areas addressed

  • anxiety, panic attacks, and health anxiety
  • depression, loss of interest, loneliness, and social withdrawal
  • stress, burnout, and related sleep difficulties
  • managing intense emotions: anger, guilt, shame, or helplessness
  • overthinking, perfectionism, self-criticism, and difficulty tolerating uncertainty
  • procrastination, decision paralysis, and difficulties with motivation
  • relationship difficulties, assertiveness, communication, and personal boundaries
  • self-esteem, body image, and difficulties with sexuality or intimacy
  • the emotional impact of fertility difficulties
  • the emotional effects of traumatic experiences, loss, and grief
  • adjusting to change, separation, or divorce; identity, meaning, and personal direction

If you do not see yourself reflected in this list, that is completely okay. Everyone experiences life differently; you do not need to identify with a category or already have a clearly defined problem before coming to an initial conversation. Together, we can explore what brings you here and whether this kind of support is right for you.

What happens in the first meeting

We discuss what brings you to therapy, the context in which the difficulty occurs, the resources available to you, and what you would like to change. Together, we clarify whether this type of intervention is suitable and agree on the next steps, with no obligation to continue.
