The therapeutic process

How we work

A clear and collaborative process in which goals, pace, and the usefulness of the intervention are discussed openly.

You do not need to arrive with the problem perfectly formulated. The first meeting is also a space in which we clarify together what is happening and whether the requested service is appropriate.
  1. 01

    Choosing a service

Start with the service that seems closest to your needs. If you are unsure, we can clarify this together in the first meeting.

  2. 02

    Booking on the website

Choose the service, available format, and time. Only administrative details are required; do not include sensitive clinical information.

  3. 03

    The first meeting

We discuss what brings you to therapy, your current context, your resources, and what you would like to change.

  4. 04

    Clarifying goals

Together, we formulate meaningful and realistic goals that make change easier to observe.

  5. 05

    Agreeing on frequency

Individual sessions are usually weekly at first. Frequency is adapted to the service, your needs, and the stage of the process.

  6. 06

    Reviewing progress

We return to the agreed goals, notice what is working, and adjust the intervention when necessary.

  7. 07

    Ending or pausing

You may discuss a pause, ending, or a change in direction at any time. A planned ending helps integrate what has been achieved.

Next step

You can begin with an initial meeting.

The first session does not commit you to continue. It also allows you to see whether the service and my way of working feel suitable.
