Who controls the data
The website is operated by Nicoleta-Monica Pașca, PhD, clinical psychologist and cognitive behavioural psychotherapist. For questions about personal data, contact nicoleta_monica22@yahoo.com.
Data that may be processed
Data you choose to provide by email or through the website’s own calendar may be processed: your name, email address, phone number, requested service and time, session format, and agreement to process the request. Appointment details are stored in the website’s database and accessed through the practice’s private dashboard. The public calendar displays available times only. Please do not include unnecessary medical or psychological details in the booking form.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used to answer requests, organise appointments, prepare the professional relationship, and meet applicable legal or professional obligations. It is not sold or used for behavioural advertising.
Traffic statistics
The website uses Metricool to understand traffic and the pages visitors view. When you visit a page, your browser contacts Metricool, which receives technical visit data, including your IP address and the page accessed; the IP address is used to identify the country. This integration does not send message content or booking form entries. More information is available in Metricool documentation.
External services and retention
Appointments are managed directly on this website using its hosting and database infrastructure. Confirmation and changes are communicated personally by email or phone. Online sessions may use Google Meet or WhatsApp, according to the confirmed arrangement and each provider’s policies: Google and WhatsApp.
If the administrator connects iCloud, the website checks busy times in the selected calendars to determine availability. The private subscription calendar for the administrator contains appointment times and reference codes only, without names, email addresses, or clinical details.
Data is retained only for as long as needed for the original purpose and applicable professional, fiscal, or legal obligations. For information about retention or deletion of a request, contact the practice at the address above. The booking form is not a clinical record.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your data and may object to certain processing. You may consult the official Regulation (EU) 2016/679. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
Confidentiality of psychological services
This policy covers the website and initial contact. Confidentiality of psychological services, its legal limits, and the handling of professional records are explained separately before services begin.
Links from public campaigns may include general labels identifying the platform and post. These labels may be used to understand where visits come from; they contain no names, messages or clinical information.
